Great experience. 4 adults, 1 toddler and 1 infant. Kitchen manager made a point to stop out and ask about the avocado we ordered for the baby to make sure he understood our need. Then he delivered it, explained what he did and even apologized for them only having sporks. Top notch service and kindness.

Out of every barrio we have experienced, by far the Hudson location WINS BY A LONG SHOT!!! Everything, from the service of the staff ( especially Francis the server, and Andrew, the GM!)) Incredible people, incredible environment, incredible service, and the best tacos ! Absolutely made my birthday and my servers doggo, highly recommend. Please go and enjoy yourself at this location.!

Best chips and salsa I’ve ever had, food and drinks were absolutely amazing. The whole restaurant has been redone inside and it’s got such a cool look and feel. Really excited to have this in Hudson!

The Hudson Barrio is bu far the best one we have visited. The tacos were absolutely perfect. They were stuffed with meat. The guacamole was also very good. It's also one of the nicer atmosphere Barrios with large open windows, giving it plenty of lighting. Also, the staff here was exceptionally nice and kind. Offering to refill our chips and stopping by frequently to check in. The food came out pretty quick and was hot and fresh. It is also a lot more quiet than a normal Barrio leading to a much more peaceful meal. I have no problems with this Barrio. There is also plenty of parking on the street out front as well.

Lyssie provided incredible customer service and was so friendly and so we came back the next day and Ruby also provided great care and helped our group find the best options for Gluten Free also

This is my absolute favorite taco restaurant! I love the fact that I can pick whatever combination of protein, toppings and shell options to put together! It's fun and delicious! Happy hour is where it's at!!

There was a wait to get a table which is typical of barrio but it didn’t seem bad. We were seated in the bar area and had to wait a little for our server (Dylan) to come but he was working the bar and quite a few other tables. Once we did get service he was super nice and made sure we got the drinks we wanted quickly and that they were refilled. Kitchen was a little backed up but Dylan made sure to check on it and bring it out ASAP. Overall great food, drinks, and service. It was all worth having a little patience.
